Description:
This is a mono framework agreement assigning to order form with maximum threshold in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 18 months from the date of notification.
Itis renewable 2 times per period of 6 months.
Maximum order threshold:
For the initial period: 110,000 euro (s) HT
For each of the 2 renewal periods: 36,000 Euro (s) HT
The quantities estimated at BPU/DQE correspond to an estimated annual order.
These areData as an indication to allow candidates to size their offer and allow Tisseo, a comparison of the offers received.
These quantities may not be opposed to Tisseo as an annual order commitment.
