Description:
The total operation comprises 23 lots. However, lot 23 was the subject of a separate consultation
Lots 3-4 and 10 were declared unsuccessful following the initial procedure.
Consequently, it was decided to relaunch them in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code
The renovation and reconstruction work at the Center de Gap college consists of:
- Asbestos removal and demolition of dilapidated and unsuitable buildings (approximately 700 m2)
- Light restructuring in the high school (700 m2)
- Heavy restructuring College and GRETA (2,000 m2)
- New construction (2,300 m2)
- Rehabilitation of outdoor spaces (5,500 m2)
- Structural, thermal envelope and network rehabilitation
- Upgrade to PMR standards
The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications.
Each batch will be subject to a separate attribution.
Services are paid by fixed prices
