- The renovation and reconstruction work of the college center of Gap consists: - asbestos removal and demolition of dilapidated and not very suitable buildings (around 700 m2) - Slight restructuring in the high school (700 m2) - Heavy Restructuring College and Greta (2,000 m2) - New construction (2,300 m2)- Rehabilitation outdoor spaces (5,500 m2) - Structural, thermal rehabilitation, Envelope and networks - Up to standard standards - Implementation of prefabricated structures (concerns this lot) The contract includes optional sections defined in the specifications.
