- The total operation has 23 lots. However, Lot 23 has been the subject of a separate consultation The renovation and reconstruction work of the Center de Gap college consist: - asbestos removal and demolition of dilapidated and unsuitable buildings (approximately 700 m2) - Light restructuring in the Lycee (700 m2) - Heavy Restructuring College and Greta (2,000 m2) - New construction (2,300 m2) - Rehabilitation Outdoor spaces (5,500 m2) - Structural, Thermal Rehabilitation, Envelope and Networks - PMR Standards The contract includes optional slices defined in the notebook loads. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by flat -rate prices
