Description:
The purpose of this contract is the renovation of the Control Command (CC) of the REBECA installation, including the software and hardware aspects.
The services to be carried out will be as follows:
oDefinition of the reference state.
oDesign study of the CC and the HMI.
oRealization and integration of theCC.
REBECA is a means of carrying out air conditioning tests.
Air conditioning consists of providing pressurization, air conditioning and ventilation functions for personnel and on-board equipment. The objective of the test campaigns carried out in REBECA is to test the performance and behavior of air conditioning systems and equipment (for example RAFALE air conditioning system, valves, water separators, turbochargers, etc.) in a representative environment in term of pressure, flow and temperature.
REBECA is installed in two buildings. The first includes an altitude site, the second an altitude site and a ground site. An altitude site allows the ambient pressure to be modified to simulate the flight altitude of an aircraft, a ground site allows tests to be carried out at ambient pressure. The mote air networkur (high pressure and high temperature) makes it possible to simulate the air sampling from aircraft reactors and the dynamic air network (low pressure and high flow) makes it possible to simulate the speed of the aircraft.
