Description:
The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. This consultation does not provide for a allotment.
The contract will run through:
-In first, from an ordinary market corresponding to the service of acquisition and implementation of a supervision solutionpublic lighting,
-In second, a framework agreement corresponding to the maintenance service of a public lighting supervision solution.
1/ Acquisition, implementation of a public lighting supervision solution - Ordinary market
according to the expression of the specifications, 3Types of alternative technical solutions are possible to satisfy this need:
-Solution
-Solution Product on site,
-Solution produced in SaaS, each of these solutions presents a phase decomposition which is its own, indicated in the specifications. The execution periods ofEach solution are also indicated in the specifications.
2/ Maintenance of a public lighting supervision solution - mixed framework agreement
The maintenance component will be processed in the form of framework agreement with minimum (for 4 years: 80,000 Euro (s) HT) and maximum (for 4 years: 600,000 Euro (s) HT)Mono-attribute, and has passed under articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
