The urban community of Le Mans Metropole has entrusted the operation of on-street parking to SEM Cenovia via a service concession contract. public service delegation type, which entered into force on January 1, 2025 for a period of ten years.
The company Cenovia, concessionaire of Le Mans Metropole, must carry out the upkeep, maintenance and renewal of parking meters.
This includes in particular:
+ Supply and installation new parking meters in the paying zones of the Urban Community, including upgrades linked to changes in regulations;
+ Removal of old parking meters;
