Description:
The incumbent will have a mission to manage the operation of the sites, which will focus on:
- The operational management of FM contracts, FM and works services,
- The management of regulatory compliance,
- The management of procedures prevention, health and safety,
- The development of plansmulti-year period of work,
- Management of the current relationship with lessors (or their representatives),
- Real estate management of leased sites (carrying out entry and exit inventory, control of charges, etc.) ,
- Managing support and increasing skillsthese of the Company's new Suppliers on the occasion of the renewal of FM's framework contracts,
- Carrying out management and procurement acts,
- Managing the relationship with the occupants at the site level, especially when conducting site reviews.
