- The purpose of this framework agreement is the renewal of drinking water meters, communication module equipment and associated services, broken down into two lots: lot 1 supply of meters and associated equipment; lot 2 renewal of meters and associated services. This is a single-award framework agreement without minimum amount and with maximum amount awarded in application of articles L21251 1, R. 21621 to R. 21626, R. 216213 and R. 216214 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification with a maximum amount, for each lot, for the initial period of 2,500,000 Euros excluding tax. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end under the same conditions. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each period renewal is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
Supply of meters and associated equipment
Lot No. 1 aims to supply meters and associated equipment. This is a single-award framework agreement with no minimum amount and with maximum amount spent in application of articles L21251 1, R. 21621 to R. 21626, R. 216213 and R. 216214 of the Public Procurement Code.
