• Description:
• The consultation is broken down into two lots set out below: Lot 1 - Studies and supply of base stations for the metro's TETRA radio infrastructure. Lot 2 - Delivery and installation of base stations of the TETRA radio infrastructure of the metro and supply of related equipment. Candidates have the opportunity to bid for one or all of the lots. Offers will be examined lot by lot. Candidates cannot submit variable offers depending on the number of lots likely to be obtained. Each lot gives rise to the award of a separate contract. The services are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP) common to both lots. These public contracts are awarded according to a adapted procedure, in application of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 to R2123-5 of the Public Order Code. The duration of each contract is two firm years from their notification date. These are public service contracts which refer to the Specifications of General Administrative Clauses applicable to public procurement of information and communication technologies (CCAG/TIC), approved by the decree of March 30, 2021. The services of lots 1 and 2 give rise to the payment of an advance and payment of deposits, under the conditions provided for in the Consultation Regulations (RC), attached as an appendix to this Notice of public call for competition.
