Description:
The passing procedure is: the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3 of the public procurement code.
The framework agreement with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code public procurement. It sets the conditions for performing services and executed as you issue the purchase orders.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification of the contract or on 01/01/2026, that is to say in the latest Two dates.
The services are paid by unit prices.
The maximum amount is 2,500,000 euros HT for the total duration of the framework agreement
