Description:
Formalized procedure (open tender). The market is the subject of a decomposition into two lots.
The recycling centers are located in the municipalities of Fontaine-les-Gres, Mery-sur-Seine, Plancy-l'Abbaye and Saint-Mesmin.
The market takes effect from 1.1.2026 for a firm period of twenty-four Month (24 months) until 31.12.2027, tacitly renewable, for two periods of twelve (12) months each, without the term of the market being able to be subsequent to 31.12.2029.
Removal, transport and treatment/recovery of green waste, wood, boxes, scrap, rubble and Bulky people as well as the provision of on -site dumpsters.
Removal, transport and treatment/recovery of green waste, wood, boxes, scrap, rubble and bulky items on the four recycling centers in the territory of the community of communes with provision available dresses.
Removal, transport and treatment of hazardous waste from households outside the rep.
Removal, transport and treatment of specific diffuse waste outside REP channels on the four recycling centers in the community of communes.
