The contract includes optional slices defined in the specifications.
The services are paid by flat -rate prices.
The removal of the old equipment of the central kitchen the supply and the installation of the new equipment of the central kitchen TheCommune renews the equipment of the central kitchen which prepares and distributes daily between 3,500 and 4000 meals per day. New equipment must allow us to increase the yield in anticipation of the increase in the number of rationories in the years to come. Productionis done over 5 days from Monday to Friday in cold connection. The production process is in a positive cold connection which is working by immediate cooling after cooking and packaging (passage of a temperature of greater than or equal +63 C to a temperature less than or equalat +10 C. The holder must notably offer equipment: - adapted to the productive capacity and to the manufacturing process of the central kitchen - with suitable technological performance (rapid heating or cooling) - with an optimal and environmentally friendly energetic performance- Taking into account the increase in the heat of the premises, the humidity and the impact on working conditions. A plan of principle is proposed and can be improved.
