- The framework agreement relates to the following services: - Municipal goods and equipment and their surroundings of which the city of La Courneuve is owner or tenant; - events organized by various services of the City of Courneuve (culture, sports, youth, public relations) andinvolving various audiences, - remote monitoring, surveillance and interventions on alarm triggers. An indicative list of communal buildings and public events that may be surveillance is provided in annex to the CCTP. The procedure ofPassage used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. This market is concluded with unit prices. Execution ofservices will start from the notification of the contract. A site visit is compulsory. The offer of a candidate who has not made this visit will be declaredirregular.
