Description: The purpose of the market is the benefits of remote monitoring and guarding of the buildings of the Inria Lille - Nord Europe research center. The site has a total area of 12,000 m2 and is composed of three buildings of 4,000 m2 (two buildings in Villeneuve d'Ascq, separated by a street, and a building in Lille). The stipulations include remote monitoring, guarding missions, opening and closing of the research center, the rounds as well as the alarms. The closing tranche deals with the remote monitoring of the Research Center, and, in the absence of guardian or on-site Rondier, on the mission of lifting doubt. The optional slices relate to on-site guarding missions as defined in the Specific Technical Clauses.
