- Description:
- The subject of the contract concerns exchanger battery design studies (including studies to improve the initial design), workshop manufacturing, and on-site work. The exchanger has 16 batteries and has the function of heating air upstream of the Combustion Turbine compressor on the CCG Blénod and on Unit 5 of the CCG Martigues. The expected services are as follows: 1/ Design of a new interchange: The Holder must design a new exchanger according to CODAP or EN standards, by integrating design improvements so as to guarantee a lifespan of 25 years and 1,500 hours of annual operation, under normal operating conditions and in the environmental conditions of the site. 2/ Workshop manufacturing exchange batteries and hydraulic test, stripping and passivation - PED conformity assessment according to module G: 3/ Transport to the site and storage 4/ Removal of old batteries - Installation of new batteries - Participation in tests waterproofing carried out by the site before restarting the equipment - Carrying out functional tests on achieving thermal performance: - Removal of old batteries, - Installation of new batteries, Leak testing aims to validate the bolted assemblies.
