- Description:
- The subject of the contract concerns exchanger battery design studies (including studies to improve the initial design), workshop manufacturing, and on-site work. The exchanger has 16 batteries and has the function of heating air upstream of the Combustion Turbine compressor on the CCG Blénod and on Unit 5 of the CCG Martigues. The expected services are as follows: 1/ Design of a new interchange: The Holder must design a new exchanger according to CODAP or EN standards, by integrating design improvements so as to guarantee a lifespan of 25 years and 1,500 hours of annual operation, under normal operating conditions and in the environmental conditions of the site (the number of cycles expected will be given in the CCTP). These improvements must take into account the disorders encountered since commissioning, namely leaks linked to stress corrosion cracks and crevice corrosion. The Holder must take into account takes into account the potential root causes identified by the Company, as well as all those that it will identify during its study. The new exchanger will have to adapt to existing interfaces on site. On-site measurement is strongly recommended.
