Relaunch - Advice, supply, marking and delivery of promotional objects (excluding promotional objects for hazard regional transport and out -of -textiles)

The framework agreement is mixed (article R2162-3 of the public procurement code); He will therefore be able to perform by means of orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets which may be:
- or at overall prices andFlawable;
- either at unit prices;
- or at mixed prices.
The minimum and maximum amounts cumulative of orders and subsequent markets that can be carried out within the framework of this framework agreement are defined as follows:
- Minimum amount: 9,000 euros htva per period of 12 months
- Maximum amount: 90,000 euros HTVA for period of 12 months.
The framework agreement takes effect from its date of notification to the holder. It is concluded for a period of 12 months renewable 3 times per tacit renewal for a new period of 12 months without its duration being able to exceed 48 months.
