In accordance with the provisions of articles R2172-2 1, R2431-19 and following the Public Order Code, the purpose of this consultation is to entrust project management missions which will be declined after the selection of a project manager for each rehabilitation operation. Two operations are concerned: - Rehabilitation and extension of the Lycee Paule PIGNOLET DE FRESNES RIVIERE in Trois-Bassins Address: 80, rue Georges Brassens BP 03 97426 Trois bassins - Reunion Island. - Rehabilitation of the Paul VERGES High School in Saint-Paul Address: La Plaine - 80 Rue Canal Traverse Bois de Nefles - St Paul 97411 - Reunion Island.
The main objectives of the rehabilitation program for this establishment relate to: - Bringing PRM accessibility up to standard, - Thermal and energy renovation of buildings, - Technical upgrading, - Adaptation of premises to the needs and uses through the creation and development of new premises, -The treatment of security around the establishments, -The continuity of service of the establishments.
