- This consultation is a project management contract for a construction project of 19 grouped individual houses in MESQUER (44420).
It is relaunched in the open call for tenders procedure in application of articles L.2124-2 , R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to 5 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of 26November 2018 and Decree No. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 relating to the legislative and regulatory parts of the public procurement code.
The previous consultation was the subject of a declaration without follow-up for reasons other than those linked to the the fruitlessness of the award procedure inthat it was tainted by legal irregularities relating, among other things, to the choice of the procedure adopted and the methods of advertising.
This contract takes the form of an ordinary contract, not allocated.
