This consultation is a revival of the initial market referenced Arleux 2025-003, following its termination by the contracting authority. This termination was motivated by the need to adapt the contractual structure of the market to the evolution of the operational and technical needs of theProject, in particular by:
 The transition to a new contractual form in mono-attribute framework agreement executed by subsequent markets,
 The introduction of distinct mission sections integrating an evolution of the methods of remuneration and phaseing of services.
This consultation isLed in accordance with articles R. 2111-1 to R. 2111-11 and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code (Decree n 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 relating to the regulatory part of the public procurement code).Subsequent, for a project management mission relating to the project to carry out a cycle and pedestrian route along the departmental road 47b, including the following ways:
