The services are paid by flat -rate prices.
The purpose of this market is the relaunch of lot n 3 partitions - suspended ceilings, initially allocated within the framework of a previous consultation procedure relating to the rehabilitation work of the building H of Ales hospital in a medical center on duty. Following a substantial modification of the project having a direct impact on the technical perimeter of this lot, the contracting authority carried out the termination of the batch concerned, in accordance with the provisions provided for in the public procurement code. This new procedure therefore aims to assign this lot on the basis of an updated technical perimeter, adapted to the new project requirements. It is carried out independently, in accordance with the provisions of the public order code, and does not affect the other lots already allocated or in progress of execution.
