• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is the extension and restructuring of the wood workshop of the H0 building within the FRANCOIS ARAGO high school in Nantes (44). The establishment is a vocational high school specializing in the sectors of civil engineering, wood construction and of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics built between 1977 and 1978 on a 4.84 hectare park. The operation concerns the restructuring and extension of the premises of the high school's wood workshop including: - The restructuring of a useful surface area of ​​1,230 m² of the H0 building housing workshops, adjoining storage and project rooms, technology, wood industry laboratory; - The extension represents a footprint of approximately 400 m², for a useful surface area of ​​approximately 860 m² bringing together the testing and measurement laboratories, boys' and girls' changing rooms and toilets, the teachers' office, project rooms and technology rooms. This contract only concerns the relaunch of lot 2: Asbestos Removal-Deconstruction following termination of the initial market.
