- The purpose of this market is to relaunch the Lot 1 maintenance of green spaces in the town of Beaune. A first consultation was launched on 28.06.2024 and included 3 lots: Lot 1 Maintenance of green spaces Lot 2 Maintenance of water bodies Lot 3 Maintenance of wooded heritage Lots 2 and 3were notified on 12.12.2024. The members of the tender committee decided at their meeting on 6.01.2025 to restart the lot 1 Maintenance of green spaces because the offers had exceeded the validity period of the offers set in the consultation regulations. This is aOpen call for tenders concluded in the form of a monoattributive framework agreement with orders in application of articles L11111, L11114, L21241, L21242 and L21251 1 , and articles R21241, R212421 , R21621 to R21626, and R216213 to R216214 Public order. This lot is concluded withoutMinimum and with a maximum of 350,000 euros HT set over the total duration of the market. The market takes effect from its notification until December 312028
