Description: procedure 22.14.026 is initiated following the decision to renounce the public market of procedure 22.14.012 for specific reasons resulting from the improutness of the procedure (reason of general interest).
The contract is a framework agreement in application of articles L2125-1 and R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2121-8 of the public procurement code.
Upon the occurrence of the need and for the duration of the framework agreement, the LIPME-CNRS will be able to order the following services:
- Acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and minimum guarantee of 24 months of climate speakers of plant experimentation;
- Acquisition, delivery, installation and commissioning of additional LEDs (blue, white, red and red distant) of replacement;
- Warranty extension (12 months and/or 24 months)
