This consultation concerns the provision of foodstuffs aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the municipal collective catering activity.
It follows a first publication on Lot 04 declared without follow -up on March 24, 2025of general interest namely the redefinition of the need.
This consultation is a revival which only concerns the lot 04 yogurts, blanc cheese, organic farm desserts organic in 5kg bucket. The other lots, already attributed, are not subject to this revival.
In accordance with article R2162-4 ofCode of public order, this framework agreement is concluded without minimum and with a maximum.
The amount excluding tax on the duration of the market, orders placed by the city of Villeurbanne are likely to vary within the limit of 140,000 Euro (s) maximum over two years
