Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to relaunch the lots 02 modular buildings - Extension / Restructuring of the College des Chateaux de Chatenois.
The operation consists in remedying all the malfunctions of the college which suffers from functional problems (surface of the classrooms non-compliance with the repository, bursting of poles, flow problems, absence of school premises, a multipurpose room and EPS changing rooms),
The project also allows us to renovate the dilapidated and energy -consuming buildings
In addition to the takeover of the building envelope to allow Optimizing energy needs, interventions integrate the compliance of premises in order to meet the various regulations in force (adaptable accessibility, fire safety, etc.).
In addition, external arrangements, which do not allow optimal operation (not Waterproof, problem of access to the sanitary block) will be reworked.
The extension/restructuring project includes the following work:
- Construction of an extension building to allow the repository of a capacity of 500 students to be answered;
- Heavy restructuring of the External Building ;
- Reconstruction of administration and workshop buildings;
- Construction of a multipurpose room and EPS changing rooms;
- Full upgrading of the college: PMR accessibility and fire safety;
