• Description:
• The contract concerns assistance services within the framework of the organization of the conference of women of the Indian Ocean, Southern and Eastern Africa. It is the subject of 02 lots. Lot 1 concerns organization and logistics and lot 2 concerns animation and communication. The contract includes a fixed lump sum part and a variable part with purchase orders with no minimum amount, with a maximum amount of 100,000 Euros excluding tax for lot 1 and with a maximum amount of 15,000 Euros excluding tax for lot 2. The event will take place from November 25 to 27, 2026. In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2111-1 and L. 2112-2 of the public procurement code, the contract includes a compulsory social integration clause. Lot 2 is the subject of a tranche firm and an optional slice. The firm section concerns the animation and moderation of the sequences; video recordings; writing and formatting workshop reports; social network - sponsorship; digital media on the content of the conference; the 3D visit - Rental and technical assistance; the conference white paper. The optional phase concerns the Culture - Exhibition system in the Hall of the Region. Organization and logistics Lot 1 includes the following services: creation of a chartered multilingual platform, sending invitations, follow-up, reporting and concierge services, provision of chartered supports and personalization of protocol supports, etc.
