estimated start date of the market The city of Villeurbanne provides its 162,000 inhabitants with a public reading network made up of two bookmobiles, an EACS service (artistic, cultural and scientific education) and three media libraries: the Maison du livre de l'image and sound, the Tonkin media library and the Rize media library. With 16,628 active users and 330,000 borrowable documents, all media (books, periodicals, CDs, DVDs, games, etc.), all of these establishments operate in a network under the Syracuse (Archimed) document management system and carry out approximately 1.7 million annual loan and return transactions. The project consists of the implementation, in the three media libraries, of an RFID self-service system for borrowing documents meeting the expectations and needs of the public and professionals. This consultation follows the initial consultation (reference: n2025_7886) which was declared without further action due to the need for the City to redefine its need
