Description:
This consultation relates to the development of the existing building Pictet in a town hall.
Place of service service: Building Pictet, 17 rue du Jura, 74100 Ambilly (plot 256 section AC - 1871.60 m2 in the cadastre)
The building object of this study, is an old reminie building (oneof the oldest in the town). Indeed, the main body has a four -sided roof to which two buildings were grafted on the north and southern gables. The built set represents approximately 560 m2 of ground grip, raised in R+2 with basement.
This site today hosts a center ofConsultation of the Alpes Leman Hospital Center (Chal) on the ground floor and classrooms and practices of IFSI-IFAS (Nursing Training Institute-Training Institute for Nuising Aid) on the first floor. The second floor is currently not exploited (attic).
The municipalityD'Ambilly is in full development with the start of the delivery of an eco-neighborhood which adjoins this building.
The municipal project is to set up its town hall in this old building in connection between the current Ambilly and this new ecoquartier, using three levels of floor and the basement.
TheFuture building will be a building of typology establishing public and workers.
It will be classified ERP type W in category 5 and will host the following activities:
