Description:
This consultation is a restricted competition procedure (article R2162-15, R2372-1 et seq. The projects will be relevant to the buyer profile and partly directly at the town hall(see Contest regulations). Market documents will be later addressed to candidates who have been admitted to compete, in application of the criteria for selecting applications. At the end of the competition, in accordance with articles R. 2122-6 and R. 2172-2 of the CCP, the buyer launches a procedureWithout advertising or competition allowing it to negotiate with the winner (s), after the filing of the offer, the technical, administrative and financial conditions of the project management market
The mission awarded to the outcome of the competition is composed:
The basic mission defined in the articleR.2431-4 of the CCP: ESQ/AVP (APS/APD)/Pro/Act/VISA/DET/AOR
and additional missions of quantitative partial execution and OPC
Market duration: 23 months
The amount of the forecast envelope allocated to work is 2,000,000 euros HT (value February 2023)Project management not divisible.
