The Departmental Council of Ardennes published on April 09, 2025, a first procedure in the form of an open call for tenders entitled "2025-067-DSI: Maintaining operating conditions of the telephony and the computer network of the Departmental Council of Ardennes and the Ardennes collegesWith a deadline for submission of tenders set for May 19 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
Following numerous modifications under publication, it was first decided to shift the DLRO to Monday May 26, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., information to candidates was made via the platform ofDematerialization.
However, due to technical problems encountered on the dematerialization platform, it was not possible to proceed to the publication of a correction to official newspapers.
Consequently, it was decided to put an end on May 22, 2025 to this proceduretender and relaunch a new procedure with a deadline for receiving offers, reasonable and in accordance with the requirements and to revive it on the basis of an identical specifications.
