Central Purchasing Center of Dijon Metropole - Printing all large format and special format communication media
This is a follow-up following a declaration without follow-up for reasons of general interest relating to both a reason for order technical (impossibility of extending the remittance deadlineisation of offers before the deadline on the buyer profile following site maintenance) and legal (impossibility of extending the consultation on the buyer profile having affected the consultation of companies due to contradictory information appearing in the RC and the AAPC - deadline ofs offers).
The services are broken down into 5 lots.
The form chosen for the execution of the contract is a mixed framework agreement, with part of the framework agreement for purchase orders, and another part for contracts subsequent.
As such, the main form of the contract is a framework agreement with commercial vouchersorder without minimum and with a maximum (set by buyer).
