Description:
This contract consists of renovating a sputtering frame for the deposition of thin layers under vacuum by magnetron cathode sputtering purchased by Aix-Marseille University in 2003. The equipment is composed of a chamber and its chassis as well as a control tower. All the power part, control and supervision is located in the control tower. The cooling range and all the sub-assemblies (deposit, pressure control, pumping, etc.) are integrated into the chassis chamber assembly. The primary pumps are independent. The chamber is equipped with 3 confocal sources and allows you to make co-deposits using these sources simultaneously. In addition, the rotation of the substrate holder ensures good homogeneity of deposits (5% on a 100mm substrate). This substrate holder is heated with RF polarization.
