Description:
The consultation regulations specify the terms and conditions for presenting applications and offers. Submissions of envelopes must be delivered electronically. The signing of contract documents is not required of candidates at the stage of submitting applications or offers.After award of the contract, the contract will be signed between the Departmental Council and the successful bidder. The electronic signature of the contract may be required by the institution from the successful bidder.
