Description:
The works concern the heavy rehabilitation of the Ventadour building with an area of approximately 9520m2, located at 1 rue Dalayrac - 75 002 Paris. The building is the subject of heritage protection of the city of Paris under the PLU. It is not protected as historic monuments. However heis nearby direct the Choiseul passage, written a historic monument, as well as in the environment close to the Garnier Opera. The Ventadour building consists of 6 levels in superstructure and 4 levels in infrastructure (by counting entresols). The roof is added to the wholeof these levels.
The project provides for a restructuring of these levels to optimize their space:
-Reorganization and transformation of all levels to be able to accommodate tertiary spaces on all levels (meeting room, offices, VIP fair, etc.);
-Creation of an atriumcentral;
-The level of technical installations;
-Mit to current ecological standards.
The work will take place in unoccupied environment.
The office trays will be delivered in white, the development of spaces is not also concerned by this call for tenders.
The overall duration ofWork planned for the operation is 3 years, with a start -up of the work scheduled at the end of 2025, with a reception at the end of 2028
