Description:
The opening of the Mont d'Or college in Manosque dates from May 1, 1965.
Its maximum capacity is 900 students. However, the current workforce is around 400 students. To adapt the evolution of the workforce, it was decided to rebalance 500 students.
The operation consists in theRestructuring of the Mont d'Or college in Manosque. It will include a rehabilitation component and a demolition and rebuilding component. The project is labeled mediterranean sustainable building - Silver level design. This objective must be achieved at the end of the work.
This project supposes theDemolition of the building located at the entrance to the site, and a phasing of constructions and
external arrangements. The work will take place on the occupied site. The college must be able to operate without interruption and safe.
Ultimately the real estate ensemble will include new buildings andExisting buildings as well as fully renovated external.
To do this, the services are divided into 20 lots but this procedure only concerns Lot 20, relaunched following a statement of general interest of the first procedure
