- The purpose of this market is the thermal rehabilitation work of the 17 pavilions of the Cite Jardin Saint Vincent de Paul in Villetaneuse. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the notebooks of the particular technical clauses (C.C.T.P.). A first Consultation with the same object was launched on May 22, 2025. The opinion was published at BOAMP (No25-57558) for a deadline for receiving offers set for June 23, 2025 at 12:00. The Plaine Commune Habitat Buyer has decided to declare the passing procedure for general interest for general interest of the market, due to the only receipt of offers deemed unacceptable (article R.2185-1 of the public procurement code). The need to be satisfied, it is subject to this consultation. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the CCTP. The market is not allotted.
