Description:
The market relates to the realization of renovation of the facades and roofs of the Hotel-de-Ville in the city of Chilly-Mazarin. The building appears within a perimeter subject to the authorization of the architects of the buildings of France (ABF). The various works likely to be requested from Holder are identified in the decomposition of the global and lump sum (DPGF). They include: 1. Site installations ensuring the safety of town hall users during the work; 2. The repair of all the facades; 3. The structural strengthening of all the strains chimneys; 4. The resumption of coating of chimneys; 5. The resumption of the slate and flying roof on 50% of the surface; 6. The resumption of all the zinc works (cheneaux, shores, valleys, factors ...) as well as the descents EP.
