Rehabilitation work Climate plan, improvement of the quality of service and requalification of the outdoor spaces of 377 HBM housing units (ILOTS A&B) of the PORTE D'AUBERVILLIERS / CHARLES HERMITE group in Paris 18th The purpose of this consultation is to execution of rehabilitation works, climate plan, improvement of the quality of service and requalification of the exterior spaces of 377 HBM housing units (ILOT A and B) of the CHARLES HERMITE group in Paris 18th. This is an ordinary market made up of two types of services: Flat-rate services: The services will be remunerated by application of the global flat-rate price as it results from the breakdown of the global and flat-rate price (DPGF). Additional voucher services order: For services relating to work to support the rehousing of tenants and services linked to asbestos removal / lead removal indicated in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU), without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 500,000 euros excluding tax. There are no plans to break it down into sections. The services cannot be allocated given the fact that the subject of the contract does not allow the identification of distinct services. In fact, the operation presents the characteristics following: -Carrying out a drawer operation on an occupied site with a work program which requires intervention in empty stairwells for a period of 8 to 12 months.
