Description:
The estimated duration of work execution is set at 22 months in total (including preparation period), without it being able to exceed 30 months. A single service order specifying the single start date of the overall work execution time will be notified to the contractor. This date equals start of the preparation period. The services are divided into 16 lots. Each lot will be awarded separately. This consultation only concerns the lots identified in the contract documents and will be integrated into the overall delivery of work relating to the rehabilitation and extension of the Bergerac CH. The other batches referenced are the subject of another consultation launched using an adapted procedure. The services subject to this consultation may give rise to a new contract for the provision of similar services implemented of Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Order Code and which will be executed by the initial contract holder. The period during which new contracts can be concluded cannot exceed three years from notification of the initial contract. Review clauses (= modifications) are indicated in the specific administrative clauses. Candidates are required to respond to the basic solution and make a proposal for each of the possible additional services described in the regulations of the application. consultation.
