- The work concerns the rehabilitation of the tertiary spaces of the Rennes branch located in the old Jaillard hotel, located at the historic center of Rennes, at 25 rue de la Visitation, establishment classified ERP type W with activities of L (Conference) of category 5. The site is Located on a plot of an area of the order of 1,922m2. The building is located at the limit of the PSMV (safeguarding and enhancement plan) of which it is nevertheless not part, however, its historical character makes it subjected to the opinion of the architect of Buildings of France (ABF).
The project Concerns the tertiary part of the branch of the Banque de France de Rennes, including roofs and terraces. The work for this operation concerns:
-The adaptation of outdoor spaces to facilitate access to people with reduced mobility
-The modification of access to the basement from the area to the right of the interior courtyard for the creation of a bicycle room in the basement
-The replacement of most outdoor joinery
-The painting of exterior joinery, barrels and locksmith structures
-The facelift on street and on the courtyard of honor
-There Partial repair of roofs
-The complete redevelopment of interior premises (excluding trustee) with the creation of a conference room under attic
-The creation of a new staircase
-The premises safety
