Description:
The project relating to the present notice of public call for candidates concerns the creation of a cultural establishment by rehabilitation of a site in the heart of Paris aimed at accommodating on a total floor area estimated at around 1,500 m2 of the exhibition spaces of around 500 m2, a Place of meetings, reception functions and associated logistics spaces. This project has an important component linked to the security of people and goods, as well as a character of confidentiality. This project has two main milestones: 1Fin of the DRC work (including the three courses) and DU R+1 in November 2026 for an ad hoc inauguration in early 2027. The spaces will remain under the responsibility of the site until the end of the operation (scheduled for April 2027) 2Fin of the work of the book as a whole in April 2027, for an opening to the public.
This AAPC concerns the Lot 7 which went on a restricted call for tenders.
Lots 1 to 6 have been the subject of two distinct procedures.
