Description:
Rehabilitation-extension of the Intechmer site in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin-Relaunch of the Lot 6 "Enunite Facades" and the Lot 15 "Elevator".
For lot 15, this consultation follows a previous multi-line consultation launched in October 2023 (DIB-23-50), declared without follow-upOnly for this batch, for reasons of general interest.
Lot 15 is relaunched with a technical specifications which has been rewritten consisting of a replacement of the elevator of the building has the place of a renovation and upgrading of it.
For Lot 6, this consultation madeFollowing a previous unique batch consultation launched in January 2025 (DIB-25-04 file), declared unsuccessful, with simply readjusted specifications.
These two lots are relaunched within the framework of the operation described below.
The Cotentin agglomeration community decided to launchA rehabilitation and extension operation of the National Institute of Science and Technology of the Sea (Intechmer) in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (50).
Thus, the rehabilitation and extension project of the site concerns:
-Phase 0:
o The movement of the greenhouse (surface 240m2) which will serve as storage The storageTime of the work then will be transformed into a bicycle room;
o selective deposit and the demolition of building D;
o The development of outdoor spaces to the north;
- Phase 1:
o The construction of a new single-storey building grouping laboratories, classrooms, collective spaces,...
