Description:
The rehabilitation of the Clemenceau gymnasium, built in 1972, is the first rehabilitation of one of the city's sporting equipment. The rehabilitation aims for the use of sports practices identical to its previous use, with the possibility of using the room Ground floor as a multipurpose room. This building has not known any renovation since its construction outside of maintenance operations and there is thus planned a heavy rehabilitation to bring this building up to standard. The work includes a complete thermal renovation, asbestos removal, the installation of an elevator and a PMR ramp, as well as the reconstruction of the floor to improve the carrier capacity, the acoustics between the two rooms and to allow the removal Posts in the middle of the room on the ground floor. As part of the rehabilitation, the accommodation adjoining the gymnasium will be transformed into a storage room / technical rooms and the building will be equipped to be able to operate
