- Concerning a building rehabilitation operation, taking into consideration the phasing induced for optimal requalification of the work, on the basis of the regulatory provisions of the public procurement code, the project manager and the project owner have agreed, consensually, to considermanage two technical and functional work units for the restructuring of the building:
I. unit n1 constituting the heavy enclosure-restructuring works;
II. unit no. 2 relating to interior fittings work.
These two operational work units constitutetwo consultation procedures:
I. An open tender procedure, allocated, for unit no. 1;
II. A restricted competitive tender procedure, allotted, with negotiation, for unit no. 2.
The allotment of the two consultation procedures relating to works is therefore decidedborn and organized, accordingly.
This procedure relates to unit no. 1 and concerns the first six batches of building rehabilitation work.
The duration of this public contract is 13 months maximum
