-Building 2: New construction of a building with 31 housing units on the basement and an ERP on the ground floor along Avenue Carnot, and transformation of the overhead parking lot into the heart of a green island.
The rehabilitation operation (acquisition-improvement) aims at at least the BBC Renovation energy performance and the new operation aims at at least the RE2020 energy performance - Icenergy -10%, as well as obtaining the Cerqual NF HABITAT HQE Label.
