Description:
The consultation relates to phase 2 of the restoration work of the irrigation canal of the High Crau, under the contracting authority of the ACCM agglomeration community, substituted for the ASA of the High Crau by prefectural decree. It concerns the rehabilitation of the Aqueduct of the Mas of Artaud, via: -Demolition of an existing air aqueduct over 650 m (presence of asbestos); - Installation of a buried pipe (DN1000 mm upstream over 125 m, DN900 mm downstream over 525 m); - Unscription of networks and preparatory work (ecological disadvantage, brushcutting, leveling); - Regulation workOn the channel and water intakes, including the installation of level and flow sensors, as well as the transmission of data to the Kheyron platform. The services subject to this public market are funded on the main budget of the EPCI by means of equity and subsidies(State, department, region). Payment by administrative mandate within 30 days. The delay in payment gives the right to the payment of morator interest. 5% warranty of the market that can be replaced according to the holder by a first request warranty. On the other hand, it will not beaccepted personal and solidarity deposit. Guarantee at first request required in return for payment of the advance
