Rehabilitation and improvement of the thermal performance of a HBM of 209 dwellings(in drawer) with improvement in the quality of service and requalification of spaces external to 6 rue Larrey in the 5th in Paris
The services are divided into 2 lots:
-lot 1: rehabilitation, improvement of energy performance and improvement of the quality of serviceFrom the Larrey
-lot 2 residence: Requalification of outdoor spaces (VRD, green spaces)
Each lot will give rise to the establishment of a separate market. For each batch, the offer presented by the candidate will have to relate to all the services subject to this lot.
The candidate can apply to one,several or all of the lots. The terms of limitation and selection of candidates admitted to submitting an offer are fixed in article 5.3 of this document.
The market is processed at a lump sum price.
For lot n 1 of this consultation, a framework agreement is also concludedOrders, concerning the services relating to the accompaniment of tenants (e.g. removal work/rest of the elements connected to a fluid for moving, adaptation of a kitchen equipped with the new volume of kitchen, worktop, carpentry: custom closet, etc., Removal/RestLights,… asbestos)
The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 500,000 euros HT throughout the duration of the market for each lot 1
