- This consultation includes a single lot "lot 14 - asbestos removal work". : Indeed, a first consultation was launched in February 2025, divided into 13 lots which were awarded in June 2025. The work started in July and during the work the presence of asbestos on the building of the COSEC sports complex was revealed: - In the painting of the west gable of the Samurais room - In the glue and leveling of the floor of the PETIPA room - In the coating of the partition wall of the DURUY/PETIPA rooms - In the PVC slabs of the locker rooms of the SAMOURAIS room - In the slabs PVC of the storage floor of the DURUY room It therefore appears necessary today, as part of this work operation, to launch a new consultation for the allocation of lot 14 "asbestos removal work". Concerning this lot 14, subject of this consultation, the execution time imposed will be a maximum of 7 weeks from the date of notification of the contract scheduled no later than January 15, 2026. If this notification of the contract occurs earlier, the contract holder must start its service (preparation period, withdrawal plan) as soon as this notification and the deadline total of 7 weeks will run from this notification date.
